Grocery List for the Week

Hey Ya'll!  I hope everyone has enjoyed their weekend as much as we have. I'm so happy the Olympics are back. I love watching those machines at work. It's so exciting!!  I just can't help myself from jumping up and down watching those swimmers, time to pick up a new hobby :). Michael Phelps better watch out!  We planned our dinners for this week and it doesn't involve the Olympic Sponsor, McDonalds! Can you believe that they are one of the major sponsors??  Really??  I bet NONE of the Olympians have ever even touched a chicken nugget from that place. Anyways, here's what we're eating this week....

Monday-  Grilled Salmon and Roasted Veggies
Tuesday- Breakfast for Dinner!! Banana Protein Pancakes
Wednesday- Spaghetti Squash
Thursday- Honey Jalapeno Chicken Skewers
Friday- a night out on the Town... I'm going to be good though! :)

Here's our shopping list:

2 -5oz Wild Caught Salmon Filets
1 lb Chicken breast
Soy Sauce
Broccoli Crowns
Baby Carrots
Spaghetti Squash
2 red onions
2 tomatoes
Feta Cheese
Fresh Basil

Note- you will also need some honey, cajun seasonings, salt, pepper, coconut oil, and olive oil. If you do not already have those in your kitchen, remember to add those to your shopping list.
