My lunches for the week consist of a Salmon Patty with mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, and zucchini) with Quinoa and Whole Grain Brown Rice.
4oz Salmon
1/2 cup Steamers
1/2 cup chopped zucchini and onion
Add pepper and hot sauce for taste

Protein: 25
